SHIPPING POLICY
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (except public holidays) if the order is placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays. Weekend orders will not ship until the following Monday. All items are shipped fully insured. Delivery is free for all domestic orders. Astwood Dickinson will make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us. Please take into consideration when placing an order that our number one goal is to provide our customers with quality products that far exceed expectations. In doing so, our attention to detail and quality control takes precedents in our continuing effort in ensuring your satisfaction on the purchases you have made.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally and with very few exceptions (please contact us for acknowledgment). Please note: customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country & customs policies, you may want to contact your local customs office.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Astwood Dickinson makes buying online risk-free with the guaranteed assurance of our return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition for an exchange or credit note. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Some limitations apply on Special Order items and special size items (such as rings), so please contact us for further details.
Returns: We allow up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns are not allowed on any items purchased during in-store sales events/promotions (i.e. Black Friday Sale, Annual March Sale) or e-commerce exclusive deals (i.e. 'Cyber Monday' Sale). All sales from these special events/promotions are final at the time of purchase.
Shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Astwood Dickinson. We only refund up to the price of “standard ground” shipping.
